It is a wonderful time there. You can visit the new museum and enjoy its historic places. Bani suef is a good place for a holiday. I recommend visiting it. Many tourists come to Bani suef every year to enjoy its fine weather. People in Bani suef are kind. They are friendly. Finally , you will never feel bored in Bani suef. It is a wonderful place.

How to help your community.
I live in a great community. It has many public services. it has many local facilities for all people who live here especially the disabled. We have leisure activities, shopping centres, malls. There are many disabled in our neighbourhood so we try to help them by improving the pavements for them in order to help them walk safely. We must do our best to help them. We are working on a project to plant trees along the streets to reduce pollution. I volunteered at a charity that looks after the elderly. We give them medicine and care about them every day. Finally, we must help our community to be proud of it and make it better.
Some ways to relax / mindfulness
There are some ways to relax. Some ways are designed to relax your mind. Some ways are designed for your body, too. We know that mind and body are connected. There are many ways to relax both the mind and the body. Take a breath, hold it for a moment and then take it out. You can also practise mindfulness. You should think about the present, you shouldn't think about the past and you shouldn't think about the future. There are many ways to relax if you are in the countryside, walk in the open areas. Watch the beauty of the nature. Finally , try to relax whenever possible and enjoy your time.

My name is Ahmed. I am 15 years old. I am in a preparatory school. I like to play tennis. I play it in the club. Tennis is an interesting sport. I always win medals in tennis. Last week , I played in a tennis tournament. I came first and I got a medal. I play tennis and I precise my hobby and I study hard. I am good at languages and I like maths very much. I can do sums quickly. When I was young , I had a dream to be a championship because I love Mohamed Salah. He is the best player in Africa. He is my role model.

I love windsurfing. I usually go windsurfing with my brother. One day, I went windsurfing alone. I didn't tell my brother about that. The weather was good for windsurfing. It was too windy. I enjoyed my time very much. In the afternoon, the wind became very strong. The wind took me far from the beach. I was very scared but I was lucky when some people on a boat saw me. They come to help me. They took me to the beach. My dad was very angry with me. I decided not to windsurf alone. I should go with an older person.

They help more ill people. They help the disabled people, too. They improve the pavements for them. It is really an amazing plan. They help children to have better education by building schools. We are proud of it. We live in a village near Minya. The initiative is opening in our village this year. We need to build a new school, a sports centre and a hospital to live happily.
